Our Executive Team
Mr. Michael Agostinelli joins Skitter from IPTV middleware company Conklin Corporation, where he ran the company’s commercial activities. Mr. Agostinelli has over 30 years of industry experience holding executive positions at SES Americom, General Electric, Scientific-Atlanta (now Cisco Systems), and Hughes Network Systems. His operational, technical, and financial management experience has provided the strategic vision and leadership that allowed these companies to realize profitable growth.
Skitter’s Chief Financial Officer, Steve Hughes, joined the company in August 2015. Prior to joining Skitter, Mr. Hughes spent 16 years at the world’s largest glass manufacturing company, Asahi Glass Company, where he held various operating and financial management positions. His most recent role there was CFO and Board Member for AGC America, Inc., where he managed accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and insurance and risk management for Asahi Glass Company’s $1B North American holding company.
Mr. Ellison has represented Skitter as counsel (both outside and in-house) since 2012. Mr. Ellison was previously a partner in the Washington law firm, Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs), where he specialized in telecommunications matters before the FCC and Congress. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Mr. Ellison was Senior V.P. and General Counsel for the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) in Herndon, VA. Mr. Ellison led the NRTC into the IPTV business, securing some of the nation’s first IPTV / MPEG-4 rights from cable programmers. Mr. Ellison brings over 30 years of experience in communications law and video licensing to Skitter.
